The Food Innovation Product Award (FIPA) 2016 (July to October) brought together food manufacturers and tertiary students to collaborate and co-create new, innovative food products. Embracing new ways to create innovative products can be a great asset and advantage in driving business growth.
Deepening partnerships between industry players and schools will attract fresh talent to join the industry and enable its sustainability. This competition took the combined teams of food manufacturers and students through a full cycle of innovation – from conceptualisation, to prototyping and testing, to marketing validation.
